High‑Solids Fluid Resistant Polyester Polyurethane Topcoat
Featuring high impact resistance, outstanding flexibility and excellent chemical and weather resistance, Starathane™ 670 uses high‑solids polyurethane technologies to deliver a brilliant finish every time. Fully compatible with our Starpoxy™ solvent based epoxy primers. Starathane™ 670 series is approved for BAMS 565-009 Ty 2 Class A Grade B, BAERD BA500-001 Rev C and BAMS 565-002 Class A Grade B. Available in IR reflective colors and impact indicating coating for composites. High hiding colors that have the same protective and finish properties as conventional materials are also available. Hi-Hide colors achieve a 98% contrast ratio (AS™ D6441) when applied at a minimum dry film thickness of 0.8 mils (BAERD BA500-001 Rev C).
